We are delighted to announce our Business All-Star Accreditation

Our LIA team have been very busy over the last 8 weeks working with the All-Ireland Business Foundation to achieve our Business All-Star Accreditation Certificate.  This accreditation is an outstanding achievement and recognises the hard work and dedication of our team in providing a best in class service to all our members and students. We look forward to attending the Gold Medal Ceremony on October 25th at Croke Park.

Business All-Star accredited companies are defined as; progressive, indigenous Irish businesses which meet the highest standards of verified performance, trust and customer-centricity.  In achieving this accreditation we join a unique group of businesses and we believe this continues to demonstrate our commitment to improving our service to our customers and suppliers. The three pillars of All-Ireland Business All-Star accreditation are Performance, Trust and Customer Centricity.

Reacting to the announcement, LIA's CEO Designate Joanne Keane said "We are absolutely thrilled to achieve this accreditation, which is testament to the work of our staff and volunteers around the country. Having grown from very humble beginnings 41 years ago as a small ideas-sharing network, LIA is now a thriving community of over 14,000 qualified and student members. We have achieved this through continuously striving to meet the needs of our members and students, all of whom work in a dynamic and ever-changing financial services industry. Our “Member First” ethos informs our approach to everything we do, and our staff live and breathe this value daily.

"This accreditation comes at an exciting time in LIA’s history, following as it does our recent announcement of a new academic partnership with IT Sligo. We are grateful to the All-Ireland Business Foundation for bestowing on us such a huge honour – one that will help fuel our determination to keep growing and improving into the future."
