Funding is availble for the following programmes:
Up to 100% funding* is available to complete APA (Accredited Product Adviser) modules with LIA through your local Education Training Board (ETB). As an industry recognised entry level designation and as a stepping stone to the prestigious QFA (Qualified Financial Adviser) designation, the APA gives you the foundations to build a successful career in financial services and makes you marketable in the workplace.
*Dependent on eligibility criteria and ETB offering.

Start date: Monday 31st August 2026
APA Loans - Dublin and Dun Laoghaire Education and Training Board (DDLETB)
Start date: Tuesday 1st September 2026
Credit Union Practices - Dublin and Dun Laoghaire Education and Training Board (DDLETB)
Start date: Wednesday 16th September 2026

ISME Skillnet is a multi-sector learning network which provides subsidised training courses and certified Management Development programmes designed specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
ISME Skillnet is providing funding for those that complete modules on the Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning, which means that those completing the Retirement Planning (RPA), Investment Management (SIA) and Risk Management and Insurance Planning (FPRA) modules also qualify. They will provide up to 30% funding towards the cost of each module.
How to apply:
Those that apply for funding must be part of an SME (under 250 employees).
