Delivery and Assessment
This part-time online course consists of a single module, delivered one evening per week over a 12-week period.
Assessment is conducted on a continuous basis through practical assessments, such as feasibility studies for new client services and marketing plans. You’ll have opportunities to apply real-world strategies, ensuring that what you learn is immediately useful in your career.

8 Hours Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is awarded on successful completion of this course.
Progression
Those that successfully complete this course will receive a module credit against the Client Management module on the Postgraduate Certificate in Financial Management and Sustainability.

This module module provides a comprehensive understanding of the strategies and skills necessary for managing clients effectively in today’s dynamic and digitally-driven business environment. Students will explore major theories of the digital ecosystem, examining its impact on organisations, competitive strategy, and marketplace dynamics. The module emphasises the importance of fostering creativity and innovation within organisations, equipping students with practical tools and leadership skills to cultivate a culture of innovation and assess their personal strengths as creative leaders. Consumer buyer behaviour is critically analysed, offering insights into decision-making processes, cultural influences, and factors shaping purchasing and consumption patterns.
Students will also evaluate the role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in creating customer-centric businesses, reflecting on ethical practices, stakeholder perspectives, and the societal responsibilities of organisations. Finally, the module examines value creation and capture through the lens of the value chain, focusing on business model innovation, the impact of digital technology, and the role of social entrepreneurs in transforming modern business. By engaging with these key areas, learners will develop the ability to manage clients strategically while aligning business objectives with ethical and innovative practices.
