The Gender Pay Gap Report is published to meet LIA’s statutory reporting obligations under the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 and the associated regulations. It provides transparency on gender pay gap data using the calculation methods set out in legislation and a defined snapshot date.

Gender pay gap reporting shows the difference in average pay between men and women across an organisation. It does not measure equal pay for the same role. LIA operates equal pay for equal work across all positions.

LIA is a predominantly female organisation, including at senior leadership level. This makes our gender pay gap data different from that of many organisations and means the figures must be read in context.

The full report explains the data, the structure of our workforce, and the actions we take to support fair and equitable practices.
