Event Description

During this wrap up session, Elaine and Matthew will come together to explore how effective protection advice and estate planning are intrinsically linked in delivering truly holistic financial planning for clients.

While protection planning focuses on safeguarding a client’s income, lifestyle, and financial security during their lifetime, estate planning ensures their wishes, assets, and loved ones are protected for the future. Together, these areas form a critical part of long-term client wellbeing and effective financial advice.

Through a practical discussion, attendees will gain insight into how advisers can better integrate protection conversations with broader estate and legacy planning considerations, helping clients make informed decisions, manage risk, and create more resilient financial plans.

This event will also explore the importance of collaboration between advisers and legal professionals, the role of client psychology in decision-making, and how meaningful conversations can lead to stronger client outcomes and deeper engagement.

This interactive wrap-up session will provide attendees with practical ideas, shared experiences, and actionable takeaways that can be applied immediately in client conversations.
