Shane O'Farrell
Director of Workplace Markets in Irish Life Employer Solutions
Shane is the Workplace Markets Director in Irish Life Employer Solutions leading out the Member Engagement, Auto Enrolment and Market teams. He has held several other senior positions in Irish Life including Propositions and Product Pricing.
Shane has most recently led Irish Life’s thought development and research programmes in areas like Auto Enrolment and Define Benefit (DB) De-Risking and Gender Pensions Parity. A qualified actuary (since 1999), Shane has a First Class Degree from UCD in Actuarial and Financial Studies. Active in the industry, Shane has presented on national radio and to large expert groups many times. He is passionate about helping corporates achieve success in Employee Benefits and in employee engagement via behavioural science innovations. His second (first!?!) passion is running, where he coaches his local club in Donabate (LSA) and regularly runs the Irish Life Dublin Marathon.

You can view the event On-Demand via LIA Elevate. To obtain CPD, you will be required to complete a short series of multiple-choice questions at the end of the recording.

CPD hours are awarded upon the successful completion of a brief multiple-choice quiz at the end of the recording. To qualify for CPD, it is required to achieve a minimum score of 19 out of 25 on the quiz.
