LIA students have received their results from our September exam sittings. We understand that receiving exam results can be a moment of mixed emotions. Whether you received news of your success, or faced a disappointing setback, it's important to remember that your learning journey continues either way. In this blog, we'll explore what’s next for LIA students after getting exam results.
You got the result you were hoping for...
Congratulations! You've put in a lot of hard work, and your effort has paid off. Celebrate your achievement with family and friends. Acknowledging your success can boost your self-confidence and provide you with the motivation to move forward and set new learning goals.
Take a moment to reflect on your study habits in the run up to the exam, and what worked for you during your preparation. Identify the LIA student resources and strategies that helped you succeed so that you can apply them to future endeavours.
For all our level 7 programmes, we are currently accepting registrations for our January 2025 exams. The closing date is Friday 8th November 2024.
You didn’t get the result you were hoping for...
It's natural to feel disappointed. Be kind to yourself and avoid negative self-talk. A setback is just a temporary obstacle!
Take an honest look at your study habits and study schedule in the run up to the exam. Are there areas where you can improve? Did you use all the student resources available to you in your LIA Study Hub?
Use this setback as an opportunity to develop resilience. Re-register for your exam and come back stronger. We are here to help you achieve your career goals, please don’t hesitate to contact the Education Team to discuss your options on 01-456 3890 or email education@lia.ie.
Don't forget that the education team in LIA is also here to support you!
