Dr Hannah McCormack
Dr Hannah McCormack the Campaign Manager for Tackle Your Feelings Ireland, a positive mental wellbeing campaign that promotes proactive skills to improve our mental health. Hannah is responsible for the strategic development, project management, content creation and practical delivery of Tackle Your Feelings across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Hannah completed her Doctoral Research at the University of Limerick, which investigated the work-based wellbeing of applied sport psychologists. Hannah has two papers published from her doctoral research in peer reviewed journals and has presented at international and national conferences, including American College of Sports Medicine, Association of Applied Sport Psychologists, Brokers Ireland, and the Psychological Society of Ireland amongst others. She has delivered wellbeing workshops to various corporates and organisations (Zurich Insurance, AIB, Heineken, Irish Management Institute and Workday to name a few) you can also hear Hannah speak about her work on several podcasts.
