Professor Kevin Sludds

Prof. Kevin Sludds is a professional ethicist and an Associate of the Irish Management Institute (IMI), with 20 years’ experience in consulting and training. His work focuses primarily on applying best practice ethics-values techniques to regulated businesses and assisting them to leverage these approaches as a sustainable competitive advantage. 

His Values in Action & Utilising Ethics programmes are extremely popular for their relevance and ease of application in sectors, such as, finance & banking, compliance, education, and the law. 

Kevin founded Ethics Consultancy & Training International (www.drkevinsludds.ie) in 2011 and is recognised in Ireland and abroad for his innovative work on Managing & Monitoring Values, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Corporate Governance & Compliance and Change Culture. 

Kevin has worked across Europe, Africa and India and has been published widely. His clients include those in both the public and private sectors and he has contributed to the development of Government strategies in the area of Ethics.
