  • Handle education and membership applications, ensuring records are updated accurately and payments are processed promptly.
  • Support members with access to LIA Elevate, our online learning platform, and other digital services.

Membership Administration

  • Maintain and update member records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity at all times.
  • Assist with onboarding new members, including welcome communications and guiding them through available benefits and services.
  • Prepare regular reports on membership data, renewal rates, and service activity as required.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with the wider team across education, events and CPD to ensure a joined-up member experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery, contributing to team discussions.
  • Support colleagues during busy periods, including exam registration cycles and CPD campaign windows.

What We're Looking For

  • At least two years' experience in a customer service, member services, or administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and warm manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering a high-quality experience for every member.

What We Offer

  • Salary: €35,000–€40,000 depending on experience.
  • Hybrid working model.
  • Generous annual leave entitlement.
  • Pension contribution.
  • Employee Assistance Programme.
  • A supportive team environment with real opportunities for career development.
