Previously worked in the travel industry before holding a number of receptionist and Personal Assistant positions. Elaine joined LIA in March 2015 as receptionist before moving to Executive Administrator. Since then she has worked in many different areas of LIA as Education Department Supervisor, Education Department Manager, Member Services Manager and now Head of Business Operations.
