Extra LIA Exam Sittings in 2010 - Enrol Today!

LIA is holding extra exam sittings during October, November, and December 2010 for modules leading to designations recognised under the Financial Regulator’s Minimum Competency Requirements (MCR). These extra exam sittings are being held in order to assist LIA students and members who need to comply with the MCR deadline - January 1st 2011*.

The modules available for the October and November exam sittings are:

• QFA Life Assurance
• QFA Pensions
• QFA Loans
• QFA Investment
• QFA Regulation
• QFA Financial Planning
• Mortgage Advice

The above modules will also be available for the December exam sittings - with the addition of General Insurance for QFAs. If you wish to sit one of these modules please complete and return your application form to LIA by the appropriate closing date, see application details below.

Closing dates for receipt of applications

October Exam Sittings - 17th September 2010
November Exam Sittings - 15th October 2010
December Exam Sittings - 12th November 2010

These exam sittings will be held in Dublin only, however, should we receive sufficient demand we will also hold these sittings in our nationwide venues.

We have excellent support structures in place to help you with your studies – and all available on-line (24/7), for example, Lecture Notes, Study Guides, Webinars (recorded lectures), Take-a-Test, etc.

*1st January 2011 MCR deadline relates to anyone entering the industry on or before January 1st 2007. Those entering after that date have 4 years from the date they joined the industry to attain their MCR Designation.
