Overview - Professional Diploma in Pensions

Previously known as the Pensions Diploma Course, the Professional Diploma in Pensions has been reworked for the 2010 / 2011 academic year, and is now a four module course. The revamped course is a Level 7 qualification on the National Framework of Qualifications.

The Professional Diploma in Pensions is a specialised qualification, aimed at those working or aspiring to work in the pensions arena. It is designed to help students develop and understand the principles and procedures in relation to pensions and retirement in general. With such a wide range of pensions products on the Irish market a thorough understanding of underlying principles is essential if you are working in the area.

Course Modules

This distance learning course comprises the following modules:

  • QFA Pensions
  • QFA Investment
  • Retirement Provision
  • Retirement Planning Advice
